The Berkeley Partnership

How do I get a job at Berkeley?

Our consultants typically join us with substantial project management experience across the full lifecycle, either through leading a sizeable project or managing an element of a major programme.  They will have had exposure to scoping and planning as well as delivery.  Many, though not all, come from a consultancy background. They will all have excellent management, analytical and interpersonal skills.  But perhaps even more important is that they embrace our values and approach.

If this sounds like your experience and you are excited by what we do, please forward your CV.

Should we proceed to interview, a three stage selection process follows
where you will meet at least 5 Berkeley people.

Applying is easy, just follow these simple steps...

  • Stage 1 - First interview
    • If this sounds like your cup of tea and you are excited by what Berkeley do, please forward your CV. Should Berkeley proceed to interview, a three stage selection process follows where you will meet at least 5 Berkeley people
    • Send us your CV
  • Stage 2 - Case study discussion
    • The first interview, either with the Recruitment Partner or Manager, provides an opportunity to better understand Berkeley's philosophy and approach and how that resonates with your goals and aspirations
  • Stage 3 - In-depth interview
    • This is an opportunity to explore a typical Berkeley assignment and witness first hand how Berkeley would approach such a business problem. With a Berkeley partner, you will explore the various aspects of the problem and you will be asked to plan a possible solution. This will enable Berkeley to understand your thinking and approach
    • We look forward to receiving your CV
