Profile
After studying as a mechanical engineer jointly at Bristol University and Toulouse in France, I decided I would be happier solving business problems rather than engineering ones. A career in management consultancy beckoned. I spent almost all my pre-Berkeley days at Accenture, working on the implementation of ERP systems and on shared service centre work. I've worked in a wide range of locations- my morning commute has varied from leisurely drives over Sydney Harbour Bridge, to walking between snake charmers on the streets of Bangalore.
In between the more exotic climes, I've spent plenty of time with some great clients through the UK and Europe. My industry expertise lies in the Pharmaceutical and Utilities sectors coupled with doing both Systems Integration and more traditional consulting work in the UK public sector- notably with the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
When not grappling with client problems, I enjoy spending weekends messing around with classic cars- a test of patience if ever there was one. And if that wasn't enough to leave me trying to clean paint or oil from myself just before that important meeting on a Monday morning, I also don't mind doing the odd bit of DIY here and there!
