Looking after Recruitment, Personal Development and Training at Berkeley provides plenty of opportunity for contact with everyone in the firm; fortunately the size we are allows for this.
Although we now have 3 Neils, 4 Marks and 5 Richards, just one of the great things about Berkeley is that everyone knows everyone which makes personal development truly what it says on the tin – personal. Attracting hard to find people to join this organisation has never been an issue as the business sells itself, we try to live up to the bargain by providing top quality training and development with renowned specialists.
In addition to the day job, I enjoy meddling in the social affairs of the Berkeley RFC and give some time to a local charity.
Experience before joining Berkeley was spent mainly in resourcing in London with an interesting spell in Sydney which precipitated an extended period of travelling around Asia. Outside of the office sport, design, film and a bit of dancing keep me busy.
