Since our formation in 1990, we have supported some of the world’s leading businesses, working at the heart of their most difficult projects and programmes. Being there for them when a great deal of value is at stake – when they are looking to make the most of a big opportunity, or are facing a particularly significant challenge.
We work across a range of sectors for clients including multinationals and household names. We support them across a number of different services, but the things that we are best known for are: developing strategies that last; making technology work for your organisation; delivering successful programmes; and getting the most from your people. In short, all the key consulting areas that underpin successful business change.
When we started out we had just one client, and five people. 25 years on, we have worked with more than 100 fantastic organisations as clients, and we are over 80-people strong. We're proud that many of the individuals we work with today were with us in those early days and that we continue to count them as colleagues, clients and friends.
We’ve deliberately managed our growth over the years to make sure we retain the values and culture that make us different. We’ve done this by growing organically rather than through acquisition, delivering high quality work, developing long-term client relationships, and creating a distinctive style of working and set of values. These are not just words on a slide; rather they are part of the fabric of how we do business.
It’s an approach that attracts the very best people, and one our employees appreciate. Our “Do the right thing” ethos was recently recognised by a second consecutive Top 25 ranking in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies list.
