Once you’ve submitted your initial application through this site, a multi-stage interview process awaits. In certain cases, this may be preceded by a brief phone chat with our People Manager to get things moving.
First interview
During an informal hour or two with one of our partners, you’ll start to pick up a first-hand impression of the firm as we see if you have the top-level skills, experience and attitude we look for.
Second interview
Get through the first interview and we’ll soon invite you back for a case study exercise, based on one of our past assignments. It’s a highly interactive session in which you’ll get to show a partner and another Berkeley representative how you approach consultancy work.
Third interview
This is the most formal of the three interviews, conducted by two partners and probing deep into your capabilities and suitability. Expect to be with us for two hours or more at this stage.
Final stage
If you impress us in all three interviews, you’ll have one further opportunity to get under the skin of the firm over a coffee or quick lunch with one or two of our consultants.
Offer
We’ll make our decision within a couple of days of this final stage, then let you know as soon as possible.
