HR Grapevine has been discussing our recent success in the Sunday Times 'best small companies to work for' list.
The Berkeley Partnership is celebrating making it into the top 25 of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For list for the fourth consecutive year.
Hadley Baldwin, Partner at The Berkeley Partnership, believes that the award emphasises the work done by his company in order to differentiate themselves from other consulting firms.
Speaking exclusively to HR Grapevine, Baldwin said: “We have worked really hard on our employee proposition and believe we have an offer that really differentiates us from other consulting firms.
“Firstly, while other consulting firms tend to drive consultants towards specialising, we encourage them to broaden their expertise working across industries and across the project lifecycle from strategy to delivery. We believe this is best for career development,” he added.
