The diagnostic tool can be used on an individual basis or it can be completed by a range of project stakeholders to provide a 360° perspective.
It will prompt you to answer a series of questions about your project or programme. Once completed, it will provide an assessment of where your project is performing well and where the likely challenges to its success lie.
