Berkeley is incredibly proud of its people and what they achieve during their time with the firm. So although it’s sad when a consultant moves on, it’s great to see them rise to and succeed in even greater challenges. Berkeley also likes to think that when consultants leave, they take new skills and more than a little bit of Berkeley culture with them - their alumni seem to agree.
