Dom Ash
Consultant
After graduating from Nottingham University in 1999 with a degree in Management Studies with French, I spent the best part of three years working at Morgan Stanley as a business analyst, before embarking on a year long trip travelling through South and Central America before returning to work (!) and a new venture into consulting.
Prior to joining Berkeley, I spent seven years at Capgemini and then a smaller nice consultancy firm in the City during which time I experienced working on projects and programmes of all shapes and sizes, across a variety of roles and sectors, from global IT change programmes, departmental organisational design for a local government, even spending a chilly Winter in Copenhagen setting up the PMO for a Danish utilities company!
I joined the Berkeley family in March 2010 attracted by the opportunities to experience a huge variety of interesting and challenging roles with great clients alongside passionate, dedicated colleagues who want to do what’s right for the client whilst working in a supportive and fun community.
Outside of work I live in South-West London with my wife Sarah and our young son Charlie. We’re adjusting to family life as a trio and are loving getting to know the little guy – though I’m learning just how often one has to wash and sterilise baby bottles! I’m a big sports fan so whenever I can I’ll be playing (golf, skiing, rugby, cricket, hockey etc) or just watching and talking about it – much to Sarah’s dismay. I also like to try and keep fit and when possible cycle to work, preferring to brave London traffic and the weather rather than the tube/train in rush hour.
