Ross Graves
Consultant
I began my career with Accenture in 2001, and went on to join Berkeley at the start of 2007. Prior to starting work I studied Management at Lancaster University. This sparked an ongoing interest for me with what makes organisations and the people in them ‘tick’, which made consulting the natural choice of profession.
I’ve worked with clients across a range of sectors, the most recent being Unilever, various organisations across the NHS, Royal and SunAlliance and a major global energy group. For me, Berkeley is about taking a holistic approach to solving problems and delivering change. This means recognising the importance of people in the equation and getting to grips with the broader issues and challenges faced by the senior management that we work with. As well as delivering more value, more quickly to our clients, this also provides more interesting roles for us as management consultants.
Outside work, I enjoy marathon and distance running as well as sailing. I’m a huge Bruce Lee enthusiast although these days sadly I’m no longer practicing the kickboxing and kung fu. I've also been known to pick up a guitar or bass occasionally, including a very proud moment when the Berkeley Band took a 300+ audience at the world famous 100 Club by storm.
