Stuart Greenwood

Consultant

After completing a degree in Chemistry at the University of Sussex I worked for a year in a specialist neuro-pharmaceutical company before winning an industrial fellowship to return to university to complete my doctorate in synthetic organic chemistry.

After seven years in chemistry I wanted a change of direction and moved into consulting. Having accepted an offer from Accenture, I deferred entry and spent six months working on a recruitment agency start-up before starting with Accenture in 2002. Subsequently I spent nearly seven years consulting across retail, energy, finance and telecoms industries, specialising in large scale deployment and infrastructure transformation.

In late 2008 I joined Berkeley as the opportunity of doing true “high value” consulting, across a range of disciplines and industries, for a small partnership with a strong ethical foundation, appealed to me.

I am married to Amanda and we have two beautiful daughters, Lottie and Victoria, whose boundless energy keeps me busy. When not taking my daughters to swimming, ballet or gym, I try to find time to improve my snowboarding.
