Rhys Ifan
Consultant
I graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Computer Science in 2003, followed by a Masters in Organisation Management & Information Systems at Manchester Business School. This proved to be the perfect segue into the world of Management and IT consulting and so I joined Accenture in 2004.
During seven fulfilling years at Accenture, I was fortunate to work on challenging projects across a broad range of sectors, including Energy, Utilities, Retail Banking, Communications & High-Tech, and the Public sector. Roles have comprised a variety of strategy and delivery work, across the full project lifecycle, with a regular focus on optimising the customer-facing elements of business and government organisations.
It was a similar variety of challenging projects and the opportunity to work with some very talented people that attracted me to Berkeley. However, it’s the trusted relationships we develop with our clients and the collaborative way in which we work that really sets us apart from other consultancies.
Outside of work, my passions are football (Liverpool FC and Kings College Old Boys 1st XI) and rugby (my “Bread of Heaven”), so weekends generally involve playing and watching the big games. I also enjoy escaping to the rolling Welsh countryside for some hiking in Snowdonia.
