1How have you helped a client when it really mattered?

What I like about Berkeley is that the work that we do really matters - whether it’s helping to implement a new platform for a major fashion retailer, designing the new operating model for a global finance organisation or helping the NHS in setting up Covid-19 testing facilities in Surrey.

2What types of work projects excite you the most?

The projects that excite me the most are the ones where I can be creative and work with a client to create a new design or solution that will help them achieve their objectives. For example, when I start a operating model strategy piece of work, I like the initial one-to-ones with senior clients, where you have a chance to really grasp and capture what they are trying to achieve. But the real achievement is when you bring all these inputs together, design a series of options that could work, and when you finally design the solution that will make the difference to them.

3What might people be interested in knowing about you?

I am originally from the south of France and moved to the UK over 15 years ago. Outside of work, I like to spend time with my two children and our many animals. We love travelling abroad as a family and discovering new cultures, experiences, and food is something we all get really excited about. I love any kind of extreme sports, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, wake-surfing, skiing, snowboarding. I am always up for any kind of challenge, provided it doesn't involve heights. Berkeley introduced me to cycling a couple of years ago, which is now central to my weekly sports routine.
