The people

It's the people that make Berkeley different to other consultancies. Bright, friendly, down-to-earth people who are both thinkers and doers. Working by your side, as consultants and colleagues, to get the right results.

Social activities

Big on fun

We don’t all work side by side, not least because so many of us spend so much of our time on site with clients. But there are still plenty of opportunities to connect with the rest of the firm. Our social calendar is always full, with the following just some of the events and activities we arrange:

Monthly Meetings

Regular opportunities to catch up with colleagues, client developments, new Berkeley initiatives and industry news

Clubs

We have clubs for everyone from sports fanatics to wine lovers to film buffs, while the Berkeley Band can regularly be heard rocking out at charity events as well as our own

Monthly Discussion Group Lunches

A monthly lunch with a small group of fellow Berkeley consultants to discuss the issues facing the firm

Significant Others Do

A highly enjoyable themed event held every autumn to bring together the best of our work and home lives

Away Day

Every November, we mix business with pleasure by following dinner and drinks on a Thursday evening with a rigorous business summit on the Friday

Away Weekend

The highlight of the calendar and a fun-filled reward for everyone’s hard work. Last year saw us in the Tyrolean mountains in Austria; in previous years we've been surfing in Cornwall and learnt to fly at Goodwood.
