Right people for the job. We only say yes to work that we know we’re right for, without interference from associates, account managers or sales teams. What’s more, we make sure our consultants have just as much of a say in their assignments, working closely with the firm’s partners to ensure their skills are best employed.
Quality not quantity. We only employ experienced consultants; you’ll usually work as part of a small, expert team, slotting into a key role to help embed the necessary know-how and skills into a client’s business.
Clients retain control. Our consultants work to our clients’ goals in our clients’ businesses. By fully engaging their teams at all levels, you’ll ensure clients retain the ownership that lets them carry work forward themselves when you leave.
Tell it how it is. Plain-speaking advice is the bedrock of our most successful client relationships. At the same time, we’re never ashamed to admit we don’t understand something – we just keep asking questions until we do.
