Having joined The Berkeley Partnership in 2012, David Irish has since focused largely on leading complex system implementation programmes, business change activities and large scale IT transformation projects. Bringing extensive programme delivery experience gained across a broad range of technologies and sectors, he transferred to Berkeley’s New York office in 2017, but continues to focus on helping his clients manage complex portfolios of change effectively, to deliver far reaching business transformation.

Commenting on his new role, Irish said, “Berkeley is a great place to be a management consultant and so it’s fantastic to be joining the partnership here. The values of this firm have stood the test of time and I look forward to helping carry them on into the future…. always working side by side with our clients on the biggest opportunities and challenges that they face.”

After almost nine years with Accenture, meanwhile, Richard Bryant joined The Berkeley Partnership in 2013. Attracted by the range of assignments and the opportunity to work across different industry sectors, he has since carried out work for a wide range of clients in the government, media, financial services, pharmaceuticals and retail sectors. He is currently supporting a major UK retailer to deliver an Oracle retail project, but alongside the programme delivery work he specialises in, he has also led a number of strategy and operating model projects, including a piece of work to help shape the physical store network for a major UK retailer.

The London-based Bryant remarked of his promotion, “Berkeley is a truly value-based business, with enduring principles that have underpinned nearly 30 years of successfully helping our clients whilst also providing rewarding careers for our consultants. It’s a real privilege to be joining the partnership and I look forward to helping carry these values forward with us in the future.”

Founded in 1990, the Berkeley Partnership has been headquartered in London for the past 28 years. Following a period of rapid growth, the firm relocated to a new base in the UK capital at the start of 2019, and in anticipation of a busy 2020, it recently appointed a new Partner in its New York locale
