After studying Psychology at Southampton University I began my career in management consultancy at Accenture, working with an exciting mix of clients and tackling complex business problems.
After almost 9 years with Accenture I joined The Berkeley Partnership in 2013, attracted by the range of assignments and the opportunity to work across different industry sectors. During my career I have been lucky to work for a wide range of clients in the Government, Media, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Retail sectors.
I have significant experience in large project and programme management with a particular focus on ERP system implementation. Over the last 5 years I have been fortunate enough to work for some fantastic retailers, supporting them with the delivery of their most challenging change initiatives. Earlier in my career, while working for a global pharmaceutical company, I spent a year living in Beijing which was a wonderful life experience as well as an interesting place to do business.
Alongside programme delivery work I have also led a number of strategy and operating model projects, including a piece of work to help shape the physical store network for a major UK retailer.
Outside of work I live in South West London with my wife Isabella and our three young children. Family and work means that my love of sport is largely restricted to viewing rather than playing but I do manage the odd round of golf and I have recently discovered the joy / pain of running!
