I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Paris X in 2001 and after a couple of years working in Sales and Marketing in Paris and Amsterdam, I moved to the UK where I completed an MBA at Birmingham University in 2003. I started my consulting career at EY, where I was responsible for the design and delivery of major strategic, operational and change programmes for a number of accounts spanning across various industry sectors and countries. I specialised in Operating Model Design and Back Office strategy and transformation, leading programmes from strategy to implementation.
In 2012, I was offered an exciting opportunity to join BT Openreach as a Director of Business Transformation where I was accountable for the management and delivery of operational and change programmes. After a two year career break, during which I obtained a MA degree in Psychotherapy and counselling, I went back to EY but after a couple of months, decided that it was time for a change of environment.
I joined Berkeley in 2017 to broaden my management consultancy experience across new industries and clients and, even more important to me, to join an organisation where people share the same values, work ethics, support each-other and are fun to work with, which makes it such a great place.
Outside of work, I live in Weybridge in Surrey, with my husband Charlie, my two children, Camille and Oscar, my dog Max and my gold fish Bubulle. When I do get a bit if time off, I really enjoy running (I am currently training for the 2018 London Marathon, which I am trying to finish in whatever time it takes) and am into extreme sports such as Kitesurfing, Wake-boarding and snowboarding.
