I graduated from the University of Leeds in 2010 with a joint honours Maths and Music BSc, including a year studying abroad at the University of California, Berkeley. My first full-time position was at the University of Leeds press office, managing daily press inquiries to facilitate interviews between journalists and university experts during the Browne Review of Higher Education which recommended the controversial removal of the £3,290 cap on tuition fees.
After eight months in the press office, I secured a place on the graduate scheme at Capgemini Consulting. I took 6 months off to travel across Africa, Asia, Australasia and America, and then joined Capgemini as a management consultant in September 2011. Since then I worked across central Government, financial services, utilities and transport sectors building my expertise in change management.
I joined The Berkeley Partnership in October 2018 for a new challenge. The emphasis on doing the right thing for clients and the inclusive culture of Berkeley stood out to me as something I wanted to be part of, alongside the opportunity to work with a broader set of clients in a wider range of consulting roles.
Outside of work I live in East London with my husband Nick and we’re part of Crossway Evangelical church in Stratford where we go each Sunday. I enjoy running, swimming and cycling with Serpentine Running Club and playing the piano in my spare time.
