I am originally from Sydney, Australia, and joined The Berkeley Partnership in early 2009.
My background is Metallurgical Engineering and I started my career in 1995 at BHP Steel in various operations and process improvement roles over a period of five years. The projects were extremely hands-on and usually involved a hard hat, steel capped boots and plenty of dirt! I really enjoyed working in heavy industry and gained valuable experience in relation to solving complex problems at scale and working with diverse teams to influence change.
Prior to working at Berkeley, I was a Senior Manager at Accenture and spent eight years working on large scale transformation programmes in the Utilities and Energy sectors. I have worked extensively with global teams and was based in a number of locations including India, Spain, Portugal, The Netherlands and the US. I have experience across the entire project lifecycle for enterprise systems delivery and integration.
At Berkeley I have helped our clients tackle complex challenges across a number of sectors including Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods, Retail and Public Sector (Health and Energy). My experience spans Strategy Development, Programme Delivery, Delivery Assurance and Operational Turnaround in high-stake business situations.
I am actively involved in community work and the third sector. I am a trustee for UK Youth, a leading national charity for young people, and one of Berkeley’s charity partners. Outside the office, I enjoy the great outdoors and love the incredible and ever-changing foodie scene in London. I’m based in West London with my husband Andy and our daughter Isabel.
