I began my career as a management consultant in 2003, after completing a History degree at Newcastle University and post graduate legal qualifications at the College of Law in London. Starting at Accenture I then spent 8 years at KPMG before moving to Berkeley in 2013. Over the years I have been lucky enough to spend the majority of my time shaping and leading transformation programmes for organisations across the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Aerospace and Defence, Media and Sport, Government and Financial Services.
During my time at Berkeley I have worked in a number of leadership roles designing and delivering high-profile transformation programmes. Most of this time has been spent supporting CPG organisations, although I have also worked with Financial regulators and sports and media clients. From a CPG perspective the majority of my experience has been in the sales/ consumer IT space, building and implementing growth and efficiency strategies across a range of channels and business areas.
Outside of work I am married and enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy long distance running and am a keen skier/ snowboarder, when I get the chance.
