After graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Physics and Business Management, I completed the TeachFirst teaching and leadership programme, teaching Science in a secondary school in North Manchester. I found it a challenging but great experience and it armed with a great toolkit of skills.
I started my consulting career at Accenture and I had the opportunity to work on projects across business functions and capabilities within Financial Services. In my 7 years with Accenture, I developed experience in a number of areas including operating model design, process improvement and utilising my programme and change management skills to deliver large-scale transformation programmes for clients.
I joined The Berkeley Partnership in 2020, looking for a new challenge and wanting to focus on client delivery work. The Berkeley team are highly talented and collaborative, truly focused on building client relationships and delivering lasting difference.
I currently live in North Yorkshire with my wife Steph. Outside of work I enjoy playing and watching all sports, including football, cricket and golf, and try to get away for some skiing when I can (when my wife will permit). I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, with this often centred around food and drink!
