I graduated from Lancaster University in with a degree in Management and, not knowing quite what I wanted to do in my career, decided to join the EY Advisory Graduate scheme to get experience working across a variety of sectors and capabilities.
I spent 6 years at EY working with a variety of FTSE100 clients on a broad range of projects including target operating model design, cost reduction, strategy development and operational efficiency improvement. During this time, I was lucky enough to work in a number of locations across Europe and even managed to venture to China, Brazil and the US for a short period. I then moved to Vendigital, a smaller consultancy, where I spent 2 years leading cost reduction programmes for a variety of Industrial Products manufacturers and also got the chance to tour some incredibly fascinating manufacturing sites.
I joined The Berkeley Partnership in 2019, wanting a new challenge and enthusiastic about not just the variety of work offered, but also the quality of the individuals and the deeply embedded culture of doing the right thing for clients.
Outside of work I enjoy ballet, both watching and participating, having recently restarted taking classes after a rather long hiatus (although it is much harder than I remember!).
