I began my management consultancy career at Accenture after graduating from the University of Cambridge in 2010 with a degree in Geography. During my time with Accenture, I led a number of global transformation projects and programmes across a wide range of functions, including Real Estate, IT Infrastructure, Security, Legal and Compliance and Fuels Retail. I gained a broad range of experience across the end to end project lifecycle, including the definition of new strategies and operating models, business analysis and programme management. I enjoyed the diversity of work that consultancy brings and was keen to continue building my experiences across different industries.
Following Accenture, I joined the Cognizant Strategy and Transformation practice, specialising in Organisational Change Management. Highlights of my time at Cognizant include defining the people change strategy for a major utilities company, embarking on a digital transformation programme and managing the IT delivery of a major customer loyalty programme for a global airline group.
I joined Berkeley in August 2017, to broaden my experiences even further across different sectors and clients. The Berkeley values, which are built on strong relationships and doing the right thing for our clients, are strongly connected with my own values.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends sampling new restaurants and visiting my family in the Midlands. I live with my partner in Essex and I try to keep as active as I can running, but more often walking, in the Epping Forest.
