With a degree in Philosophy and Economics from Bristol University, I entered the working world in 2009 through M&A Investment Banking at UBS – an interesting moment to experience the world of high finance in a nascent London career.
In 2011, I moved to Deloitte Management Consultancy. Financial valuation, business plan modelling and sell-side auction co-ordination translated into operational finance and performance reporting reviews on my initial deployments at Deloitte. Throughout 7 years at Deloitte, I gravitated towards large scale finance function transformations and regulatory change projects in the financial services sector. Cloud general ledger migrations and establishing new business entities from design phase through to stabilisation have taken up the last few years at multinational organisations. I have driven IT-led business change and managed the implementation of process and organisational change across businesses.
I’m a keen golfer, traveller and cyclist outside of working commitments (and sometime even during). You’ll find me arranging the next outing or weekend away and spending time with family in my spare time.
I moved to Berkeley in the summer of 2018 and have enjoyed meeting a team of highly engaged, motivated and friendly people so far and look forward to applying my project and change experience here.
