After graduating from Lancaster University with Business degree I joined Accenture as part of their graduate programme.
At Accenture I had the chance to travel to several (not always glamorous) locations and developed a strong background in change and project management across a variety of clients in the public and private sectors. After almost 8 years I was looking for a new challenge and joined The Berkeley Partnership in February 2012.
Berkeley’s wide variety of clients make each day fascinating. Since joining I have worked across a very broad range of industries, delivered everything from short term strategy work to longer term large ERP transformation project leadership.
Working with colleagues who are passionate about what they do and, importantly, are not constrained by any given methodology so really take the time to think about what is best for the client is very rewarding.
Outside work I live with my wife and young son, who keeps me on my toes. I enjoy running and ski-ing but should spend less time at pub quizzes and beer gardens!
