After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in History, I joined BAE Systems, a defence and aerospace company. My time with BAE Systems enabled me to gain an incredible breadth of experiences which varied from working on the construction of the Type 45 Destroyers to supporting the Home Office deliver a complex transformation programme across UK police forces. In summer of 2012 I joined Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations Consulting business. At Deloitte I worked predominantly within the Public Sector, helping clients tackle some of their most challenging transformation engagements. My experience at Deloitte covered the full transformation lifecycle, leading strategy engagements through to delivery of complex change projects.
My decision to join Berkeley is fundamentally because of the people that work there. Everyone at Berkeley is passionate about what they do and committed to helping the clients they work for. Berkeley’s culture is about building long standing relationships with the people they work with. I also wanted to apply my skills and experience to new and exciting client sectors and industries. Berkeley gives you that freedom to try new things and supports you while you are doing it.
Outside of work I live in south London with my wife Rosie. I am mad about sports, be it trying to avoid deer while I’m cycling in Richmond Park or trying my hand at new sports. I am also passionate about music, playing bass guitar to varying degrees of success and watching live music.
