I graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2006 with a degree in Politics. Following a brief stint as a political researcher for the Scottish Government, I decided that a career in government management consulting would be a better fit for my career ambitions.
I joined Accenture UK in 2007 in the public sector practice which allowed me to satisfy my interest and background in public policy while also working in a dynamic and challenging environment. During my time in the UK I predominantly worked on large-scale welfare transformation projects for the UK Government specializing in solution design, post-implementation support, and solution architecture.
Following 6 years working in the London office, I transferred to Accenture US in 2013 and have lived in NYC ever since. In my time in Accenture US I worked across a range of public sector and non-profit clients, typically leading large system implementations and IT strategy projects. I joined Berkeley in May 2020 because I wanted to broaden my client experience and was attracted by the culture, people, and approach Berkeley takes towards consulting and client relationships.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife exploring NYC and trying new restaurants with friends. I enjoy exercise and attend a variety of fitness classes. I’m also a keen traveler and try to fit in visiting new cities and ski trips as often as I can.
