I completed a Masters in Business at The University of Edinburgh, where many of the business school lecturers also worked in management consulting, so it was only natural that on graduation I joined Accenture's management consulting practice in London.
Over the years I've built up an extensive base of experience across a range of clients and industries, working mainly on large scale business transformation programmes but also on more focussed initiatives in smaller organisations. I've met some great people, both in and out of consulting, and held roles spanning strategy and business process advisory work through to the management of complex multi-million pound IT deliveries, often in some very interesting and diverse locations.
I chose to move to Berkeley for the opportunity to work across a range of clients and projects that make a difference because they are at the heart of a client's business, and because the client relationship and the work we do for clients takes centre stage over any other concerns.
Originally from Finland, London is now home and I couldn't imagine a more diverse and vibrant place to live - I like to spend my time outside of work enjoying the many things that London has to offer through the seasons (too many to put in words), as well as the excellent connections to the rest of the world and the continent, which means I can visit Finland when the English weather gets too mercurial.
