It is almost 10 years since I joined Berkeley as the Office Manager. Having spent the previous 10 years working as a fundraiser and production manager within the commercial and non-for-profit theatre in New York and London, I was as surprised as anyone to find myself working for a Management Consultancy. It didn’t take long for me to realise that Berkeley was not a typical corporate environment. It felt professional but relaxed and really valued my core skills and experience.
Since joining, the firm has grown, the office support team has doubled in size, and the scope of our support service has developed immeasurably. I started out as Operations Manager here, but 2 children later and having gone part time, I've now picked up the Events Manager role. I focus on all our internal and client events, trying to keep them as fun and special as possible.
Outside hours, I love to indulge my artistic roots with photography and film, however, most of my spare time now is spent with my young family.
