I spent the first eight years of my working life in a line technology role with a third-party supply chain and logistics service provider, joining in 1990 on completing an IT degree. When I left, I was running their IT with a team of 160 people.

Looking to get experience of new industries and organisations, I joined Gemini Consulting in 1998. I loved the work, but spent a great deal of time out of the country. When the time came for a family in 2001, I joined Berkeley - limiting the amount of time I spent living in hotels, while at the same time expanding the variety and challenge of work. Since then, I have worked with Xerox, M&G, M&S, The Performing Rights Society, a major Oil company, Unilever, and Jaguar Land Rover. I love the independence and autonomy that gives everyone at Berkeley the freedom to focus on what's right for our clients and their teams. My recent experiences have led me to provide specialist support to Berkeley projects involving SaaS, Cloud services and agile methods and techniques.

Outside of Berkeley, I have two sons, Sam and Ben, and am rather too fond of Italian wine for my own good.
