Consultant

I joined the Berkeley Partnership in 2018 from BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. In 14 years with them I worked on a wide variety of complex systems development and solution delivery projects, largely for government clients at home and overseas.  Highlights included setting up a 30 year support arrangement for the UK fleet of submarine communications receivers, working with senior MOD stakeholders on research for the next generation of military communications satellite receivers, and leading internal change projects to restructure a division of the business, relocating ~200 roles from Denmark to Poland.

Since joining Berkeley I have built on this experience to help clients in a variety of sectors undertake complex transformation projects. Key projects have included mobilising the deployment of machine learning software to a financial services regulator; delivering IT operating model transformation for a european regulator; and leading the delivery of performance management improvement projects as part of a finance transformation for a FTSE 30 mining organisation.

Joining Berkeley from a larger firm I really appreciate working with a small dedicated team of people who are individually excellent and collectively great to work with.

Outside of work I have a wife and small toddler, who keep me busy in most of my free time. When I do manage to grab some time, I can be found cycling, running, doing DIY, or practising my chosen sport of target rifle shooting, where I have represented Great Britain at international level. I also enjoy skiing and can be found looking very ungraceful on the slopes of the Alps at least once a year.
