Berkeley is delighted to welcome Tim to the partnership team.
Tim Wardrop has become a partner at The Berkeley Partnership, effective 1st July 2022.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Tim has helped many clients through complex, challenging transformations, with a focus on large programme delivery and target operating model design. His clients have included IAG, Flutter, WPP, Altus, Sainsbury’s and Dow Jones.
Commenting on his appointment and his ambitions for the firm, Tim said, “I’m really excited to have joined a vibrant and extremely successful partnership, and very enthused about where the organisation can continue to grow and diversify its client portfolio."

Reflecting on his own experience as a consultant, Tim is also keen to ensure Berkeley continues to attract and retain diverse talent.
