1Why did you join Berkeley?
Having worked in consulting for the best part of ten years at the time, Berkeley stood out for me. During the interview process it quickly became apparent that Berkeley was different to all other consulting firms. What particularly impressed me was the opportunity to do engaging work for great clients that see Berkeley as a true partner and helping hand in their transformation journey. In addition, the quality of people and everyone’s willingness to help and share their experience was refreshing. In the end it was an easy decision to make and join the team at Berkeley!
2What types of engagements excite you the most?
Over my career I have been fortunate to have experienced a wide variety of engagements, ranging from strategy design and implementation, business and IT operating model design all the way to complex systems integration delivery. The one thing that all these engagements have in common and excites me the most is that they have been at the heart of my client’s business and required a mix of problem solving, rigour and close collaboration to help them achieve their most ambitious goals.
3What are you passionate about in life?
One area I am passionate about in life is always looking to keep developing and keep learning. From a young age I was fascinated with technology and I am fortunate enough to have made my passion into my work. In my spare time my inner curious nerd will always be tinkering and exploring new technology trends but also, weather permitting, enjoying long walks and drives in the numerous outer London country parks as well as experimenting with new flavours and recipes in the kitchen!
