1 Why did you join Berkeley?

I joined Berkeley for two key reasons: its strong sense of purpose and its genuine commitment to my development.
Everyone at Berkeley has such a strong passion for the work they do and embrace the philosophy in which Berkeley was founded on, the commitment to using a tailored approach to delivery for each client. Berkeley takes the time to understand each client’s objectives, challenges, and long-term vision, rather than relying on standard approaches or providing what is simply expected. Berkeley designs solutions that are not only effective but truly aligned with what client needs to succeed.

Along with that, Berkeley is an organisation that truly invests in its people and takes a thoughtful and individualised approach to career growth with the perspective that development is a personal journey rather than a structured and standard process. I know that Berkeley genuinely cares about my long-term career growth, not just the position I am filling.

2 What types of work projects excite you the most?

The projects that excite me most are those that start at the drawing board with a broad question or problem. The process of starting from scratch; diagnosing the problem, shaping a vision, and developing a strategy to achieve the desired outcome is energising. The ambiguity at the beginning creates an opportunity for creativity and innovation. The most rewarding part is looking back on those early stages after the project wraps and seeing how those early whiteboarding sessions turned into tangible outcomes.

3What are your values and how have they informed your career?

One of my core values is collective success. I believe the best results come from bringing talented people together, leveraging each individual’s unique strengths, and working together toward a shared goal. I thrive in environments where people are passionate, motivated, and willing to challenge each other's thinking. In my career, I have gravitated towards organisations, mentors, and teams that value collaboration where collective learning and shared achievements are just as important as the outcomes themselves.
