The Berkeley Partnership appoints Jenna Goldstein as partner

• Jenna helps lead the firm’s artificial intelligence (AI) strategy and transformation services 
• She has joined the partnership team after five years as a Berkeley consultant 

[London, UK]: Jenna Goldstein has become a partner at The Berkeley Partnership, effective 1^st January 2024. 

She joined the firm from IBM in 2018 and has since worked with a range of clients across different sectors. A transformation and change specialist, Jenna has spent most of her career supporting organisations through particularly complex transformations, often underpinned by significant technology change.  

Most recently, Jenna has helped lead the development of Berkeley’s AI strategy and transformation service offering, having gained an Executive Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School in 2022. 

Commenting on her appointment and her priorities as partner, Jenna said: “I was attracted to Berkeley’s values-led approach to consulting. Having lived this over the past five years, I know that the way we focus on doing the right thing – both for our clients and our people – completely aligns with my own values. I’m proud to become a guardian of Berkeley’s culture and ethos so it remains an authentic and distinctive firm long into the future.”

I want to help clients not only keep up with this new technological advance, but to do so safely and responsibly. As a partner, I’m also focused on building Berkeley’s internal capability, ensuring we can leverage AI technology effectively and ethically in our consulting work.” 

Jenna has also played a key role in the Women@Berkeley Network, including leading the development of the Women’s Mentoring Programme. 

She said: “Coming from a technology background and having navigated male-dominated environments over the course of my career, I feel strongly about supporting women in the workplace and empowering female leaders. I want to ensure Berkeley continues to make progress on diversity, equity and inclusion, giving everyone equal opportunity to succeed.”
