Build a career among people you trust and respect.
All of our consultants have been highly successful in other firms. As well as being talented, hardworking and the best at what they do, our people are collaborative and enthusiastic. And that’s down to the inclusive culture and community we have built here from day one. This is the place to be if you want to continue developing your consulting career surrounded by people who will champion your growth, share their expertise and celebrate your success.
There are only two levels at Berkeley Partnership: consultants and partners. This flat structure, along with the lack of sales and utilisation targets, removes all competition and is the foundation of our inclusive culture. Here, it’s easy to connect with your colleagues and build a sense of belonging. Our collegial environment means that knowledge and responsibility are shared equally. We believe in transparency, respect and trust. We welcome fresh thinking, diversity of background and perspective. We have autonomy over our own projects and take a healthy, flexible approach to work. All of which empowers us to do our best work, and pursue our personal and professional ambitions with the energy they deserve.

At Berkeley, I feel completely empowered to make my own decisions, trust my own instinct, following my own direction, all with the solid, genuine backing of my team.
I trust that my voice and opinion are valid and worth sharing. The lack of hierarchies with other Berkeley colleagues in a room means I don’t second guess myself or whether I can speak my mind.
I really enjoy the different approach here. I have the support I need to deliver to a high standard, but without the admin and red tape you find at larger organisations.
Our ‘listening’ model provides a safe and collaborative environment to stretch and develop my thinking, so I can test and draft ideas with partners before using them with clients.
We believe that while consulting work can be demanding, life as a consultant should be fun and enjoyable. We invest lots of time and energy into creating a meaningful and varied social scene. You can join in with events as much or as little as you want, but there’s always plenty to choose from: from book clubs to cooking, wine tasting to cycling and weekends away, there’s so much to get involved with. We also have lots of work-related get-togethers, to keep everybody connected, informed and able to have their say on all things Berkeley.

Our favourite moments
Both our London and New York offices are officially Great Places to Work, having achieved certification for 2025-26. And we placed 17th out of 100 in the UK's Best Workplaces list for 2026, in the medium size business category - an achievement we are hugely proud of! Our people made this possible by sharing their views in the survey. In fact, 100% of our people said they were made to feel welcome when they joined.
We are proud of what our alumni have achieved after leaving us. Discover what past employees think about their time at Berkeley and how it prepared them for their next career step.
You’re given autonomy, with appropriate delivery support from a partner, while another dedicated partner supports your development. There was always someone to help ensure your career was a success.
Berkeley was always supportive in terms of providing access to a wider Berkeley brain and challenging my thinking in crafting solutions. The variety of assignments and caring culture provided me with a great springboard for my current role.
Berkeley offered me the chance to build my own client relationships and much greater responsibility and autonomy in my work. The skills I learnt about leadership have been incredibly useful.
I've enjoyed the types of clients I've worked with and the scale of the challenges. I could be completely autonomous, focusing on doing the best job I could, and frequent access to the C-suite gave me experience of senior-level conversations.
