The Berkeley Partnership has been named as one of the top 10 consulting companies to work for in the UK by Consultancy.uk, a leading source of insight on the consulting industry. The accolade comes following the firm’s recent inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Companies List 2019, where it also achieved a top 10 spot and retained its tier 3* rating – the highest available.
Founded in 1990, The Berkeley Partnership is an independent management consultancy of 20 partners and 60 consultants. The firm provides specialist support for transformational change, working side-by-side with clients to achieve their goals. Clients include a number of FTSE 100 companies, multinationals and government departments, with over 85% of clients using the services of The Berkeley Partnership more than once.
Competing for talent with the ‘Big Four’ consulting firms, Berkeley offers its consultants a very different career model; there are no sales targets and consultants are not expected to specialise – instead working across a range of industries and sectors, stretching themselves and their consulting skills in the process. This unusual model means that the firm provides its consultants with some of the best career development opportunities in the industry.
