The inclusive culture; everyone is so friendly and approachable. There are so many varied opportunities to socialise, in and outside of work.

2What types of work projects excite you the most?

I’m looking forward to getting involved in the mental health and wellbeing projects and the diversity, equality, and inclusion projects. Both are really core initiatives for HR.

3Why did you choose your career?

As an indecisive person I wanted a career which involved communicating with others, collaborative work and getting involved in various projects. HR allows me to do all that and more.
