1 What’s different about Berkeley for our clients?

At Berkeley we do things differently - we bring small teams of highly experienced consultants, working with clients when the stakes are highest to shape, deliver and assure transformation that truly sticks. We work as part of the client team - wearing their badge, fitting in fast, and acting as trusted critical friends. We are always focused on doing the right thing by the client and leaving a lasting legacy. Most importantly, we bring together great people, to do great client work - and Berkeley is built upon its trust for one another.

2What types of engagement excite you most?

The engagements that excite me most are where a bold ambition has been set and the real challenge is making it happen. I enjoy working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with clients on complex delivery programmes to translate intent into action, navigate the hard trade‑offs, and help teams turn strategy into outcomes that land. I enjoy creating environments where teams feel supported and challenged in equal measure, where difficult conversations are handled constructively, and where decisions are made transparently. Seeing people grow in confidence as change takes hold, and knowing the organisation is stronger because of it, is what makes the role genuinely rewarding.

3Why did you become a management consultant?

I value trust, empathy, collaboration and hard work. They shape how I build relationships, work alongside others, and stay accountable for delivering the right outcomes. I enjoy solving complex problems and making sense of ambiguity. I’m motivated by working across a wide range of organisations, industries and situations; each with different constraints, people and pressures - and having to quickly understand what really matters. My values and the variety, combined with the opportunity to apply structured thinking to real, high‑stakes challenges, is the reason why I became a management consultant.
