1 What you did before you worked at Berkeley?
Before Berkeley, I spent 12 years at a large consulting firm working on complex transformation programmes in the public sector. I also spent a year as a Chief of Staff, where I got a helicopter view of the inner workings of a large multi-national organisation. I was lucky enough to lead strategy and delivery within programmes that were in the headlines every day and loved helping to solve problems of national importance.
2Whay did you join Berkeley?
I wanted to work for a company that would allow me to continue to work on complex problems in large client organisations, and to apply myself and my skills to new challenges to new sectors. It was important to me to join an organisation that genuinely puts people at the heart, and would allow me greater influence on the culture and my own career. This ethos resonates within everyone at Berkeley and makes it a vibrant place to work, collaborate and grow.
3What are you passionate about in life?
Outside work, my favourite things in life include the great outdoors (running in a London park, walking the UK south coast or skiing down a snowy mountain), musicals (and singing along to them in the car), and all things food. I journal every restaurant I go to, so I am quite useful for recommendations!
