1 What's different about Berkeley for you?

It might sound cliché, but it really is the people. From the recruitment process to induction and the listening model, Berkeley invests heavily in its people and culture

That means no matter how complex the challenge, I know I have a network of brilliant colleagues ready to share their knowledge and help me succeed. It’s a genuinely collaborative environment—and that makes all the difference.

2What do you like most about being a transformation leader?

Two things stand out for me:

  • Working with brilliant people on challenging projects—the buzz and pace of delivering something transformative as part of a small, dedicated team is hard to beat.
  • Seeing the lasting impact of the work. Knowing that what we’ve delivered will shape an organisation for years to come is incredibly rewarding.

3Why did you become a management consultant?

My first role after university was as an IT Business Partner at Unilever—a fantastic graduate job where I learned a lot quickly. Whilst there, I noticed that consultants were brought in for the most complex and critical projects, and I realised that was the kind of work I wanted to do: partnering with clients on their biggest transformation journeys while constantly learning about new technologies, processes, and industries.

So when the chance to move into consulting came along, I embraced it.
