After studying English Language and Literature at the University of Liverpool I spent two years working in Group HR at Lloyd’s Register in the City of London, where I got exposure to how projects are run from working on a major internal HR project. From there I moved onto Deloitte, where I spent over seven years working on HR sytems projects and HR transformation programmes, both in the UK and across the world.
At Deloitte I got to work with talented people across different industries on big, challenging projects. However, the time came to move on and I joined The Berkeley Partnership in January 2014. I value the autonomony you have as a Berkeley consultant, and the freedom to work directly with clients and do what is right for them.
Outside of work my life often revolves around sport, mainly as an armchair fan. I’m a big football, cricket and horse racing fanatic and the ideal holiday is spent travelling to major events like the football world cup, or the Ashes in Australia, although being there for the 2013 / 2014 series was incredibly painful as an England supporter!
