Berkeley welcomes two new Partners

We are delighted to announce that we have two new Partners.

We are thrilled to announce that Alasdair McGregor and Tom Parkin have become Partners at The Berkeley Partnership, effective 1st July.

Alasdair joined Berkeley in 2008 and his specialism is working closely with senior clients to help them address their most difficult challenges: shaping and delivering critical business and IT change initiatives; developing business strategies they can really believe in; and managing stakeholders, teams and third parties to find the best way to achieve results.  He has worked across a number of industries – retail, consumer goods, travel and transport, banking and telecoms – and in companies ranging from major multinationals to start-ups, in both the private and public sectors.

Tom joined Berkeley in 2009 and since then his clients have spanned the postal, oil, retail, and airline industries. He has led work to develop both business and IT strategies, as well as mobilising and leading change programmes through every stage of their lifecycle, helping the executive teams through some of the most interesting opportunities and challenges that their businesses face.

Commenting on his new role, Tom says, “Berkeley is a great place to be a management consultant and so it’s fantastic to be joining the partnership here. For 25 years, the values of this firm have stood the test of time and I look forward to helping carry them on into the future…. always working side by side with our clients on the biggest opportunities and challenges that they face.”

Alasdair added, “It’s a real privilege to work with the great clients we have at Berkeley.  I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!”
