She is also a mum and former England boxing champion, ready for today’s world of work, where it takes resilience, timing, and rolling with the punches.

For over 20 years, Mark has shaped and led transformational technology strategies across diverse industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, and the Circular Economy. At the British Standards Institution, he initially founded and led a team focused on AI assurance and regulatory services. Now serving as Global Digital Director, he is responsible for BSI’s digital strategy and leads efforts to build Digital Trust externally - advancing a fairer society and a more sustainable world. His work spans emerging technologies from AI to Quantum, where BSI is helping lay early foundations to manage risk and enable responsible innovation across the ecosystem.
