1Why did you join Berkeley?

I joined Berkeley because of the variety of work and most of all the ‘culture’. Culture is a word that is often banded around across all industries including management consulting. However, Berkeley is the first organisation I have worked at in a decade whereby, I can say the culture is truly collaborative and the work we do is always in the client’s best interest rather than our own.

2What types of engagements excite you the most?

The engagements that excite me the most are the engagements where one can really spend time with the client understanding their business, their challenges and most of all their ambitions for the organisation. This provides you with an effective foundation when trying to help address their challenges given you have a richer/fuller understanding of their motivations and vision for the organisation.

3What might people be interested in knowing about you?

I have played International Sevens Rugby for Nigeria and have been playing 7s for (scarily) 15 years. Playing Sevens has been one of the best personal decisions I have made, because it has enabled me to visit parts of the world that I may never have visited (Dubai, Johannesburg, Rome, Venice, Vancouver, Venice to name a few). But most of all, it has allowed me to form relationships and friendships that span continents.
