After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Finance, Accounting and Management, I took two gap years where I carried out voluntary work (Citizen’s Advice Bureau), an internship (SMART Consulting) and travelled (parts of Europe, South East Asia, Australasia and South America).
I then joined the Grant Thornton graduate programme in 2010 where I qualified as a chartered accountant whilst working in the corporate tax department. After three years working on corporate tax compliance and advisory projects I transferred to the Government and Infrastructure Advisory team where I worked on a number of projects which involved bid analysis, financial due diligence and financial modelling. I joined Berkeley in June 2017 in order to apply my financial and analytical skills to more commercially focussed projects and to work with clients across a range of industries.
Outside of work, I spend time socialising with friends, occasionally going to the gym and planning my next big trip. I’m also football fan but being an Arsenal supporter has meant that football hasn’t been providing me with too much joy lately!
