Anne-Lise Antolinos becomes partner

Anne-Lise joins the partnership team after nearly six years as a consultant at the firm.

The Berkeley Partnership has appointed Anne-Lise Antolinos as partner, effective 1st January 2023.

Anne-Lise first joined the firm as a consultant in 2017, and has worked with clients across a range of industry sectors, including retail, real estate, healthcare and NHS, government and the public sector. Over the years, Anne-Lise has built a strong reputation in successfully delivering large-scale, complex transformation programmes, with particular focus on strategy implementation and target operating model design.

Commenting on her appointment and her priorities as partner, Anne-Lise said, “Our clients’ transformation agendas are often complex and challenging, and I want to ensure they can continue turning to Berkeley as trusted experts to help bridge the gap between their ambition and delivery. At Berkeley, we value ingenuity and authenticity, which enables our people to focus on doing what is right for our clients, as well as each other. As a partner now, I’m keen to preserve the amazing culture that makes the firm so special."

For a number of years, Anne-Lise served as one of the leaders of the Women@Berkeley Network. As a partner, she continues to champion the firm’s progress on diversity, equity and inclusion.

She said, “I’m very proud of Berkeley’s diversity, equity and inclusion journey and the achievements we’ve made, particularly in celebrating, supporting and championing women in the workplace. I believe strongly that diversity doesn’t stop at representation. We must continue to make a real impact, and achieve meaningful outcomes for our people, our industry and wider society.”
