Berkeley client Palatine backs IT services provider
The Insider Media Limited reports on Berkeley's involvement in the Palatine Bunker project.
Private equity firm Palatine has invested into a provider of ultra-secure managed IT services to mid-market UK companies. The deal for the Bunker involves Palatine backing the current management team led by Phil Bindley with Andy Hague joining the business as group chief executive. It represents the fifth deal out of Palatine's third fund. Palatine was advised on due diligence by The Berkeley Partnership.
