The Berkeley Partnership has last month appointed Piers Virik to Partner. Virik, who focuses mainly on managing business transformations, becomes the 18th Partner of the London based management consultancy.
Piers Virik has nearly 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. After graduating from the University of East Anglia he started his career with Accenture, where he worked for just under ten years at the firm’s London office. In 2008 Virik joined The Berkeley Partnership, a London based consultancy. Established in 1990, the firm supports clients with a range of business transformation services, across sectors, and currently employs a team of around 80 consultants and staff.
Virik has over the years built a generalist profile, advising clients on a variety of offerings, from strategy development through to large scale program delivery planning and execution across the health, postal, oil and FMCG sectors. He has also gained substantial experience with managing business transformations and change management.
